In the worker app, they tap to add a job, enter start/end times, location and what they did. They can add revenue and expense line items, snap photos of dockets, then hit Submit & Email. The whole thing takes a couple of minutes on a phone.

Yes — optionally. Each job can have revenue line items (e.g. "20 meals at $35") and job expense line items (e.g. fuel, materials). The day sheet shows a running difference. These figures are for record-keeping only, not tax.

The business sets each worker's hourly rate in the Wages tab. iDocket multiplies logged hours by that rate, with overtime at 1.5× after 38 hours/week by default. These are estimates only — not legal payslips.

Yes. Workers see their own daily and weekly earnings estimate in the Earnings tab. They can't see anyone else's rate. They can print an Earnings Summary to compare against their actual payslip.

No. It's a personal estimate of hours × rate. It doesn't include super, leave, PAYG or award entitlements. Always use your employer's official payroll for legal and tax purposes.

A private logbook where workers track their own work expenses — fuel, tools, workwear, meals, union fees and more (11 categories). They snap receipts and can print the lot at tax time for their accountant. The business doesn't see a worker's personal logbook.

Yes — there's a separate company expense logbook on the boss dashboard, using the same categories. Keep all business receipts in one place and print at month-end or end of financial year.
